The Erlware Emacs Mode

If you use Emacs as your Erlang development environment, you might check out erlware-mode, an Emacs mode for Erlang that is derived from the original mode but contains numerous bug fixes and improvements, including:

• Syntax highlighting and indentation improvements
• Cleaner code
• Better support for newer versions of Emacs
• Cleaner and more consistent templates
• Integrated support for flymake, an on-the-fly code checking system

The erlware-mode does not depend on any other erlware component to work, you can use it even if you don't use other erlware tools like Faxien and Sinan.

Also, the erlware-mode is an actively maintained (by me) open source project hosted at github. You are welcome to contribute to it by forking the git tree and sending in patches or pull requests.

To start using the mode, download it, and follow the instructions in the README file.
